  • I am between 18 and 63 years of age
  • I am a UK resident
  • I am in full time employment in the United Kingdom for a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • You must be in good health and have been employed for at least the previous six consecutive months
  • You are in the course of applying for or already have a residential mortgage
  • Your mortgage must be secured on your main residence in the UK
  • The benefit I require does not exceed 75% of my gross income.
  • The benefit I require from this policy does not exceed £2000 per month.
  • I am not aware of any reason why I may be made unemployed.
