  • I am a UK resident
  • I work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • I have been in full time employment or self-employed for at least 6 months
  • You are in the course of applying for or already have a residential mortgage
  • The benefit I require does not exceed 75% of my gross income.
  • The benefit I require from this policy does not exceed £1,500 per month
  • I am not aware of any reason why I may be made unemployed.
